Emiliano Padilla is a multidisciplinary artist based in Mexico City, focused on music and gastronomy. His work is deeply influenced by his experience in renowned Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, such as Noma 2.0 in Copenhagen, Pujol in CDMX, Ryugin in Tokyo, Fäviken in Sweden, and The Breslin in New York, among others. Emiliano creates dishes where technique and creativity come together, bringing to life concepts with a unique essence. Inspired by Mexican ingredients and contemporary techniques, he reinterprets and honors traditional cuisine in his creations.
